Karen is an author, Personal Trainer, and Coach of Health and Wellness and sports nutrition.  Her book Fitness Tips can be purchased on Amazon or any bookstore.  Karen is also a competitive bikini national competitor and successfully coaches many clients.  Both James and Karen are bodybuilding judges and posing coaches.  Karen has over 20 years of experience coaching and helping clients realize their health goals.  We are podcasters and radio hosts of Living Fit with James and Karen Roberts and motivational speakers, too!
