Health and Wellness Coaching

What is Health and Wellness? Health is the state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease, or infirmity. Wellness is an active process through which people become aware of and make choices toward a more successful life. We take this journey seriously as we work together to accomplish your goals.


As nutritionists we can counsel clients on nutrition issues and healthy eating habits. Dietitians and nutritionists are experts in the use of food and nutrition to promote health and manage disease. We plan and conduct food service or nutritional programs to help people lead healthy lives.

Motivational Speaking

We offer seminars to encourage complete healthy living. We have a podcast and radio show on WLJF 100.7 download the app. We are on every Tuesday at 8:35am for Karen’s Fit tip and our show LivingFit at 11:00 am
